Arvato Bertelsmann.

A trusted partner to both the private and public sectors, with expertise in delivering award-winning customer services, business process outsourcing (BPO) and public sector and citizen services.

With more than 50 years of experience, they design and deliver innovative, individual solutions for some of the world’s most respected consumer brands and UK public sector organisations, through long-term partnerships.

Our working relationship stretches back to 2011, and I’m proud to say that it is still going strong.

Partnerships.

Our first successful project together was a series of brochures designed to showcase the achievements of the partnerships between Arvato and their clients.

The concept was to present a brief case study for each client using imagery that not only related to their working relationship, but it also needed to visually compliment the case study on the opposite page.

The images used were a combination of sourced stock imagery and commissioned photography. The print used a mix of coated and uncoated FSC accredited recycled paper and ink and the cover featured spot UV finishing for a professional look and tactile feel.

Pick’n’mix.

Our next major project was a suite of printed and digital case studies that the sales team could tailor to suit the requirements and interests of each new prospective client.

The result was the design of a document that incorporated multiple section dividers and over 60 separate inserts.

The printed version was housed in a capacity folder with tabbed section dividers and the sales team could select which inserts to include and present. The finished documents were printed using a mix of coated and uncoated FSC accredited paper and ink and the cover featured a spot UV.

The digital solution was created as a password protected web application, where the user could choose the individual inserts they required, arrange them in whatever order they needed, and generate a web optimised pdf.

The images used were again a combination of sourced stock imagery and commissioned photography.

Internal coms.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
